We have a tiered pricing system where you pay rent commensurate with the amount of time you want to be able to reserve each month. We use an o line scheduling system that makes it easy for you to see available open time and save your spots for upcoming orders. Our multi cook ovens make it a breeze to work simultaneously yet separately from other bakers using the space. Dry and cold storage are available. Renters bring their own small wares and Batches provides communal resources like cleaning solution, stand mixer, ovens, cooling rack and more. Have your customers pick up on site or use solely as ghost kitchen for wholesaling. The (kitchen) is your oyster!
*We also offer a low cost option for mobiles units that need a commissary for water access!
