Shared Kitchen & Equipment Use:
-Hourly Rate (All Shifts 3:00 PM - 6:00 AM, and Weekends): $20/hour per organization
-Maximum of 2 businesses allowed per shift for mixed use
Dining Area Use:
Additional: $7/hour for the full duration of your rental (if requested)
Exclusive Use of Facility (includes shared kitchen + dining area):
All Shifts: $30/hour
24-hour minimum required for exclusive use
Community Builders Academy Membership: $27/month
Includes:
Consultation (up to 2 hours max): Open discussion - After the meeting we will create a written evaluation and recommendations for low to no-cost resources to help grow your business.
1 hour 2 x per month of group Zoom workshops discussing small business development - Maximum 20 members per workshop
Networking opportunities with other local businesses, in collaboration with the Community Builders Academy
