Both facilities are certified as Public Kitchens by Clark County Health Department.
Both facilities are certified by the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
Each kitchen space is over 1,000 sq ft and open 24/7 for production users. To use the kitchen, for a profit business, you must be certified by either the Health Department or by the Department of Agriculture.
Kitchen (208) this kitchen is The primary cooking unit, featuring a good selection of small wires, triple and double compartment sinks with sprayer, and refrigeration for day use. There is also a tilt skillet and induction burners for cooking as well as a self-contained oven and grill unit. Additional equipment includes a mixer, meat, slicer, and meat grinder. There is a good selection of stainless steel prep tables in this unit. Metro storage shelves are also available for rent to vendors.
Garbage and recycling are located in the front of the bays along with a grease disposal unit.
Kitchen 2 (301) is primarily a food preparation kitchen. This 1000sq/ft B features numerous storage Metro units, triple compartment sinks with sprayer and 2-6’ and 2-8, Stainless steel prep tables. It also includes a 6 x 8 walk-in cooler for on-site Cold storage.
Vendors can also take advantage of our tasting room to meet with clients or serve food samples to prospective buyers. Garbage and recycling are located in front of the bays, along with a grease disposal unit
