Welcome to Cardinal Culinary Kitchen. We are a shared commercial kitchen south of Houston in Alvin, TX. Our kitchen operates 24/7 with 4 different stations for rent, good selection of kitchen equipment, basic kitchen cooking accessories, dry storage, refrigerator storage, and freezer storage. We also have a upscale conference meeting area, and small event area to rent. We also have catering equipment to rent for your events. We require Food Manager Certification for renters, and Food Handlers Certification for all workers. We also require business to carry insurance with our facility as additional insured. Pricing

Our current kitchen hourly rental fee is $25.00/hr with a 16hr a month minimum rental. For those that need less time during the month, we offer hourly rental for $50.00/hr. For both options, we require a $250.00 refundable deposit upon application approval. Our rental terms are month to month, and we have a $65.00 a month membership fee for all renters of the kitchen. This fee includes access to our online scheduling and renter management program, monthly invoicing and processing fees, basic kitchen cleaning supplies, and access to waste disposal dumpster. We have available dry storage shelf rental of $30.00 per month, refrigerator and freezer storage shelf of $50.00 per month, and also our business home office space is available for $150.00 for 4hrs. This space is great for tastings, meetings, and small events. We also have outdoor BBQ pit available to use.
