Welcome to Cardinal Culinary Kitchen. We are a shared commercial kitchen south of Houston in Alvin, TX. Our kitchen operates 24/7 with 4 different stations for rent, good selection of kitchen equipment, basic kitchen cooking accessories, dry storage, refrigerator storage, and freezer storage. We also have a upscale conference meeting area, and small event area to rent. We also have catering equipment to rent for your events. We require Food Manager Certification for renters, and Food Handlers Certification for all workers. We also require business to carry insurance with our facility as additional insured. Our pricing structure is designed to accommodate your specific needs while maintaining affordability and convenience. Please note that all pricing is subject to change, and availability may vary. Cardinal Culinary Kitchen does not allow customer pickup, or delivery service pickup from kitchen. Please refer to the official rental agreement for specific terms and conditions. Pricing

Our kitchen rental fee is $25/hour with a 16-hour monthly minimum. For less time, hourly rental is $50/hour. A $250 refundable deposit is required upon application approval. Rentals are month-to-month, with a $65 monthly membership fee covering scheduling software, invoicing, cleaning supplies, and dumpster access. Optional add-ons: dry storage ($30/month), fridge/freezer storage ($50/month), and a business office space ($150 for 4 hours). Outdoor BBQ pit use is also available.
