Also Included are the utilities, weekly towel and apron service, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper, bleach and dish soap, garbage bags for food waste and trash. We also have a weekly trash and recycling service in addition to a monthly cleaning service.

The Kitchen also shares a building with a very successful neighborhood market so there is a great opportunity for retail placement for your product.

Pricing

Pricing and Storage

Drop-In Rate: $22.00 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. No storage in house.

3-9 hours per week: $20.00/hr. Some storage possible. Let’s discuss.

10-18 hours per week: $18.00/hr. Walk in, freezer, and dry storage space available.

20 + hours per week: $16.50/hr. Walk in, freezer, and dry storage space available.

Storage allocations are based on amount of time booked. The more hours you book in the kitchen per month, the more storage you are allocated.
