We are a full service bar and restaurant in Caldwell, ID. We are currently looking to lease out our kitchen to an experienced chef(s). Our menu consists of mostly bar food, including burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, etc.
We are looking to step away from the kitchen and only run the bar. We would be two separate entities, You would make up your own menu, do all of your own ordering, prep, payroll, hiring, etc. I currently have three employees who you could take on.
My bar staff will be able to take orders and send them to the kitchen for you (cost of wages for those staff people would be included in the lease.) you would need to set up your own POS terminal for orders.
This location could be very lucrative for an experienced cook or restaurant connoisseur. We are located very close to the college of idaho and school is back in session.
Lease is $5000/month, this includes full use of the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a commercial sink and dishwasher, grill, broiler, oven, two friers, two prep tables, large freezer, large refrigerator, access to a shared walk-in cooler and dry storage with three more freezers.
Deposit is $5000 plus first month’s rent (prorated if applicable.)
