We will have an opening after October 27 of 2024 for a kitchen tenant. The kitchen is used by three other caterers, it is a shared kitchen. The kitchen is a very large kitchen with other caterers having their own kitchen space to use. You will have three large shelves In the walk-in and a standup rack with four shelves and you could bring in a standup rack to place in the walk-in refrigerator if needed. You have 24/7 access. However, if you are like me, I’d like more of the kitchen to myself that’s why I use it after four P.m. in the afternoon. Saturday and Sunday mornings the kitchen is usually completely free. But again you will have 24/7 access to the kitchen. Again it is a large kitchen big enough when all caterers are using it. You must have a business license, a serve safe certificate, or anything similar, which is required by the state and one form of ID. The monthly rental agreement is 1500 per month no security deposit required. Be ready to move in after October 27 of 2024.
