The layout is organized into distinct areas which include preparation, cooking, fulfillment, cleaning, storage and offices. This segregation helps streamline workflow and minimize cross-contamination risks.
Equipment: Our kitchen is equipped with heavy-duty appliances and tools tailored for professional cooking. This includes commercial-grade stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, steamers, kettles, and specialized equipment like food processors, mixers, and slicers. Refrigeration and freezer units, along with a commercial blast freezer/chiller.
Ventilation and Exhaust Systems: Due to the high volume of cooking and potential for heat, smoke, and grease, our commercial kitchen is equipped with robust ventilation systems. These systems include hoods over cooking equipment connected to exhaust fans, which remove airborne pollutants and maintain air quality.

We are offering the space to both short term and long term renters for the following hours 4 pm - 5 am daily - 7 days per week.
