CookCollective Kitchen is a 6,500 sq. feet shared kitchen serving your small business’s commissary kitchen needs. Our goal is to provide space for a community of like-minded businesses, where we can problem-solve, support and grow together. We offer weekly shift rentals and monthly storage options in dry, cold and frozen storage.
CookCollective is open 7 day a week.
Before booking time in the CookCollective kitchen, businesses must complete the onboarding process including proof of application for a NY Dept. of Health H25 Entrepreneur Permit or 20C Permit with Dept. of Agriculture and Markets, insurance, and a New York City Food Handler's license.
