Tier 1: Hourly Drop-In Rental $28/hr (5 or fewer hours per month; no Monthly Membership Fee required)
Tier 2: 6-15 hours/month--$16/hr +membership fee
Tier 3: 16-29 hours/month--$14/hr + membership fee
Tier 4: 30+ hours/month--$12/hr + membership fee
