Hunter's Point Shipyard located in San Francisco's Bayview neighborhood. We are San Francisco's first licensed and longest running, shared use commissary.
For 33 years the kitchens were located in repurposed Navy buildings. In 2017 we moved into a beautiful 10,000 square foot custom designed kitchen. We have two additional smaller commissaries.
We are happy to share our decades of culinary business management expertise to
help guide you through the process of starting and maintaining your
commercial food business. Our practical experience as well as our knowledge of purveyors of food service supplies, equipment and appliances is always available.
We provide affordable and well-maintained commissary services. Our three commissary locations, plus an inspected storage facility, totaling 17,000+ square feet offers professional grade equipment with refrigeration, dry storage, and a food truck service area. Eclectic stands alone as the longest established, largest and best-equipped business of its type.

Customers only pay for the time they need and the storage they need. We have a yearly membership fee of $450./yr and a small security deposit. Rates very according to the time and space a business needs. We are a perfect choice for customer just beginning their culinary business. We have license agreements, not leases.
