Our facility is available around the clock, whenever it is most convenient for you and your business. Online scheduling allows you to quickly and easily reserve kitchen space, check the schedule for openings, and change your reservations.

By using our facility, you can start growing your business immediately without a large initial capital investment. This minimizes your risks and start-up costs. Also known as a kitchen incubator, we love helping small businesses get started. Our facility is setup for many uses, from catering to cooking classes.

Pricing

Our kitchens are available to rent on an hourly basis. Rates are based on the number of hours purchased in a single booking – up to 3 months in advance. Our online scheduling system is an easy and fast way to reserve time, see when the kitchens are available, and make changes to your schedule. We can also work with you to reserve time on a weekly or monthly basis, whichever is easier for you. The kitchens are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Rates start at $25 per hour.
