An independent living facility catering to residents aged 62 and above or those who have disabilities is in need of a caterer. The agreement entails preparing meals for residents three days a week, one monthly resident event, and catering for selected Holidays. As part of the agreement, the lessee will also have free access to a fully equipped catering kitchen and office space. Interested individuals must possess a Virginia-specific catering license.
