Rental Contract Options
Rental Package 1: 3 Month Agreement - Maximum 10 Hours / Month Plus $300 Deposit
• $300 Monthly Rental Charge Plus Deposit
Rental Package 2: 3 Month Contract or 6-month Contract - Maximum 20 hours / Month, $600 deposit.
• 3 Month Agreement - $580 Monthly Rental Charge Plus Deposit
• 6 Month Agreement - $493 Rental Charge (15% Off) Plus Deposit
Rental Package 3: 3 Month Contract or 6-month Contract - Maximum 40 Hours / Month, $1000 Deposit
• 3 month Agreement: $1080 Monthly Rental Charge Plus Deposit
• 6 month Agreement: $1040 Montly Rental Charge Plus deposit
Rental Package 4: 3 Month Contract or 6-month Contract - Maximum 60 Hours / Month, $1500 Deposit
• 3-month Agreement: $1500 Monthly Rental Charge Plus Deposit
• 6-month subscription: $1440 Monthly Rental Charge Plus Deposit
Food Truck Storage Program:
• Food Truck Parking - $650/month (includes 24 hours security patrol, parking, trash, and water access.
Additional hours can be purchased as needed.
- Shelf Storage (dry, refrigerated, or frozen) - $60/month
- Full Rack storage (dry, refrigerated, or frozen) - $240/month
*Deposits will be refunded at the end of your kitchen use rental contract term. If the contract is canceled prior to the completion of the term, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Each additional hour is billed at $37
We offer exclusive, one time use and pop up rental option.

Kitchen Use Monthly Contract Non-Member
One Time Kitchen Use: 10 hours of kitchen time: $400 + $1,000 deposit*
Each additional hour is billed at $37.
Occasional Caterer: 15 hours of kitchen time to be used during one month time: $40/hr. + $1,000 deposit* Each additional hour is billed at $37.
Pop-Up Restaurant/Storefront: 4 hours: $120 + $500 deposit* Kitchen hours are separate and not included in the storefront rate.
Pop-Up Restaurant/Storefront: 1 business week/6 hrs. per day: $750 + $500 deposit* Kitchen hours are separate and not included in the storefront rate.
Complete Exclusive Rental of Kitchen and Storefront (24 hours): $5,000/day + $1000 deposit* (Weekly rate available) Includes complete use of all kitchen equipment and appliances as well as complete use of the storefront.
*Deposits will be refunded 3 weeks after your kitchen use if everything is clean and in the same working condition as it was prior to rental.
