We are a commissary kitchen located in Scotts Valley, CA. We are driven to support our community in helping local, new, small or large companies thrive and grow. Our kitchen offers a shared space with a wide variety of resources available to fit many different needs. Pricing

Package 1: 10 hours per month
• 3-month subscription: $30/hr. rental charge for 30 total hours + deposit equal to first month's rent*

Package 2: 20 hours per month
• 3-month subscription: $29/hr. rental charge for 60 total hours + deposit equal to first month's rent*
• 6-month subscription: $28/hr. rental charge for 120 total hours + deposit equal to first month's rent*

Package 3: 40 hours per month
• 3-month subscription: $27/hr. rental charge for 120 total hours + deposit equal to first month's rent*
• 6-month subscription: $26/hr. rental charge for 240 total hours + deposit equal to first month's rent*

Package 4: 60+ hours per month
• 3-month subscription: $25/hr. rental charge for 180 + hours + deposit equal to first month's rent*
• 6-month subscription: $24/hr. rental charge for 360 + hours + deposit equal to first month's rent*

*Deposits will be refunded at the end of your kitchen use rental contract term. If the contract is canceled prior to the completion of the term, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Additional hours can be purchased as needed if you find you are using more than your monthly allotment.

Non-Subscription Kitchen Use
• One Time Kitchen Use: 10 hours of kitchen time: $400 + $1,000 deposit*
Each additional hour is billed at $37.

• Occasional Caterer: 15 hours of kitchen time to be used during one month time: $40/hr. + $1,000 deposit* Each additional hour is billed at $37.

• Pop-Up Restaurant/Storefront: 4 hours: $120 + $500 deposit* Kitchen hours are separate and not included in the storefront rate.

• Pop-Up Restaurant/Storefront: 1 business week/6 hrs. per day: $750 + $500 deposit* Kitchen hours are separate and not included in the storefront rate.

• Complete Exclusive Rental of Kitchen and Storefront (24 hours): $5,000/day + $1000 deposit* (Weekly rate available) Includes complete use of all kitchen equipment and appliances as well as complete use of the storefront.

*Deposits will be refunded 3 weeks after your kitchen use if everything is clean and in the same working condition as it was prior to rental.

Available to rent at additional cost:
Food truck parking - $650/month (includes security patrol, parking, trash, and water)
• Monthly shelf storage(dry, refrigerated, or frozen) - $60/month
• Monthly rack storage(dry, refrigerated, or frozen) - $240/month
