We have a -40 degrees shipping container and a 30 degrees refrigerator shipping container on site with pallet jacks for your delivery needs. It’s under 24/ 7 camera surveillance locked behind gates in a well lite area to better protect our member's inventory.

    Test out your menu on Door Dash Grubhub Uber eats using our grab n go pick up window. The area in the building is equipped with a food warmer, retail display refrigerator, beverage jet spray machine, IPad & Square terminal, and sidewalk A frames for menus.

We accommodate food cottage law operators that are out growing their home-based business looking to become licensed. We offer growth companies after licensed options to use our preparation space to package products.

    Additional conveniences include free customer parking for pickups in our private parking lot. We're also a small-scale DIY co-packer, offering more than just commercial cooking equipment. By providing small batch packaging equipment, our customers can create retail ready packaged products. We have over 15 years of experience working with food scientists, nutritionists, food production pilot labs, co-packers, and food & beverage packaging designers. You can also book our location for workshops and classes.

    We thrive as a connector when it's time for our members to start proof of concept on a larger scale for canning, raw extruder process, dry mixing, HHP processing and many more.

    Increase your custom beverage development with our commercial cold press juicing equipment, brewing equipment, fermentation tanks, transfer pumps, bottle filling, semi auto hot/cold piston air fillers (table-top and floor models), semi-automatic labeling equipment for labels on rolls or flat/ square labels for specialty bottles, direct glass printing and screen printing.

    Package dry teas, spices, coffee and herbs with our commercial weight, filling and dispensing equipment or our vertical bagger can create individual pieces of dry goods, packaged in plastic film (clear or custom printed), paper and foil materials. Onsite packaging equipment includes plastic sealing for deli containers, (meal plans) food trays and food grade bags (Vacuum packed for freshness)

    Bakers can take advantage of our baker's racks, pastry turnover press, commercial pie press, nut butter grinder, stainless steel carts, blenders, dry weight scales, mixing tanks, vacuum sealing chamber, double deck convection ovens, and refrigerated/frozen holding space.

    Operate your ghost/ cloud kitchen restaurant here. We're one block away from the 32nd Ave farmers market, off a main bus line and have enough space to park forty cars. For our food truck operators, we have a gated area with the option for overnight power to keep your truck fully charged for the next working day.

    The building and parking lot are under 24 hours surveillance using cameras at each corner of the building. Building security access is protected by motion capture sensors and fob keys that are connected to our local police department for an additional layer of protection.

    FULL TIME BAKERS
    40 Hours weekly Full time Baker $1,000 monthly rate. (Storage addition cost)

    PART TIME BAKERS
    25 Hours weekly $750 per month rate. (Storage addition cost)

    FULL TIME Membership:
    40 Hours weekly $1,300 monthly rate. (Storage addition cost)

    PART TIME Membership:
    25 Hours weekly $950 monthly rate. (Storage addition cost)

    FOOD TRUCK SERVICES
    $2,500 yearly contract. $25 per hour for production time, 24/7 building access. (Refrigerated & Frozen Storage addition cost) Dry goods storage and parking included.
