Fork Food Lab is a shared commissary kitchen and food business incubator located in Portland, Maine. Rather than lease agreements, Fork Food Lab is a membership based kitchen -offering a variety of month-to-month membership options. Whether you’re starting a brand new business or relocating an existing one, Fork Food Lab is a low risk/no contract option for hosting your consumer packaged goods, catering, and mobile food projects.
Fork Food Lab is also available for one time rentals and special events that can be safely hosted and organized in accordance with all CDC and State of Maine Covid-19 Guidelines.

Monthly Hourly Membership $200/month (10 hours)
Part Time Membership $640/month (64 hours, 2 storage credits)
Seasonal Part Time $768/month (64 hours, 2 storage credits)
Full Time Membership $1280/month (160 hours, 3 storage credits)
Seasonal Full Time $1600/month (160 hours, 3 storage credits)
Enterprise Memberships are negotiated with the client based on their needs (includes unlimited hours and storage by assignment)
