The Grow Local Kitchen is now accepting applications for pop-up restaurants in our rotating rental kitchen. Build a customer base, hone your craft and perfect your recipes with flexible scheduling and reasonable rates. We're looking for a delicious and diverse lineup for our GLK incubator program, and we think that could be you!
The GLK offers options for single day pop-ups, multi-day pop-ups, weekly residencies, workshop rentals and prep shift rentals. Currently, it is available for foodservice operators to bring their unique concepts to the consistent NFM audience daily from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Evening workshop/demo rental and prep shift scheduling is also available daily from 4 p.m. - 8 a.m.
The Grow Local Kitchen is permitted by Metro Nashville Health Department. For packaged goods businesses and other businesses regulated by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture, please check out our Grow Local Commissary:

$20 per hour Tues-Thurs, $25 per hour Fri-Sun. (minimum 8 hour shift; 8 a.m. - 4 p.m)
$25 per month per storage shelf (dry, cold and freezer available)
$20 per hour prep shift rental (daily 4 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
