Regular scheduled Food Safety Manager class and exams, Business development classes with subject matter experts. Topics will range from business management to learning how to promote your business, to knowing and understanding the difference between working on and working in your business, etc..
The Tenant Company will be charged in accordance with the Kitchen Rate Schedule below: In addition to the monthly statement, tenants will be charged as follows:
$ 400.00 Deposit by check payable to HOPEKitchen. Refundable if unable to obtain a food license or upon termination of contract, with the kitchen in good standing and proper notice.
Rate Schedule:
$25 per hour kitchen use (10 hour minimum)
$10 per hour for 1 additional cooking station
$40 ea. per month Dry storage 4 ft sq floor space.
$50 ea. per month 1 cooler speed rack
$250 ea. per month Freezer Rental space 12 sq feet with 2 shelves and a dunnage rack.
$100 ea. Per month 1 Freezer shelf 3’x 2’ x 2’
