Hour Cucina remains one of the only shared commercial commissary kitchens in Palm Beach County. Other facilities seek to lock you into a long-term lease for your business alone. Some may need this but we remain the only one offering a pay as you need kitchen experience. Hour Cucina has been operating for over 7 years and provides a safe, friendly and clean facility for your catering, baking and artisan product needs. Your only upfront costs are a nominal deposit and a credit card for future monthly charges.
Unlike other operations, we are not a franchise, not a restaurant with some extra space or something that requires you to improvise to work your craft. Our rates are generally lower than other facilities with significantly lower deposits and no monthly minimums for actual kitchen users. Onsite management helps things run smoothly as well.
Rates are set at $25 per hour and there are membership fees required or large upfront deposits. Additional charges do apply for dry, refrigerated or freezer space.
