Description

We are an art company that has a working large cafeteria kitchen. We are looking for someone to use our kitchen to feed our employees, but also to use for whatever their business needs. We have a massive kitchen full of ovens, walk in freezers & fridges, buffet style serving and we are willing to update anything needed to have a great tenant take the space. The location also has its own dock door, handicap ramp and entrance to a not in use parking lot.

Pricing

This will need to be discussed. We would like to feed our employees cheap and work out a deal with that on how we can make that happen with your services, with potential of free rent monthly. We have about 200 employees.
