Island Queens Restaurant is a private owned and operated corporation which provides a 900 square foot commercial kitchen space for food related businesses. Our goal is to assist businesses and new entrepreneurs the opportunity to have a well-equipped certified commercial kitchen space where they can create without the worries of the overhead or operations of a brick and motar.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid food handlers certificate
Minimum 2M Liability Insurance
Proof of Incorporation, Registered Business Name or Valid Business License
Must complete orientation before accessing the kitchen.
Kitchen must be cleaned and left in good shape
$300 security deposit

Pricing

$300 security deposit required

Starter --> $30 per hour

Intermediate --> $22/hr ($1,200 per month)
up to 54 hours/month

Entrepreneurial --> 18.33/hour ($3,300 per month)
up to 180 hours/month
