Our kitchens range from 200-350 sq. ft, giving you the flexibility to choose a space that best fits your production needs. With our move-in-ready solution, you can start producing and selling in a matter of weeks, not months. You’ll have 24/7 access to your kitchen, allowing you to work according to your unique production schedule. Our kitchens start as a blank slate, giving you the flexibility to customize the space to meet your specific needs.
Our monthly lease rates range from $2200 to $4000, depending on the size of the kitchen unit. We do not take a percentage of sales, and tenants only pay for their own gas and electric usage. Jackson St. Kitchens handles all other utility charges, including water, trash, general area cleaning, and WiFi.
