Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga (KIC) Pricing Overview

At KIC, we offer flexible and affordable pricing options to cater to the diverse needs of our culinary entrepreneurs. Whether you're just starting or looking to expand, we have a plan for you:

Non-Profit Rates:
- 10 Hours per Week without Storage: $350 per month
- 10 Hours per Week with Storage: $450 per month
- 20 Hours per Week: $550 per month
- 40 Hours per Week: $750 per month

CPG (Consumer Packaging Goods) PODs:
- First Year: $550 per month
- Second Year: $650 per month
- Third Year: $750 per month

Please Note:
- All CPG PODs require a minimum one-year lease commitment.
