Our space (Street Dog Cafe) is a fully licensed kitchen, but also provides kitchen space for local food entrepreneurs to explore new food business ideas with minimum capital investment. Equipment includes the following:
o 6 gas burners
o 2 gas convection ovens
o 6+ prep tables
o 2 large mixers
o 2 small mixers
o 3 rolling sheet pan racks
o Microwave
o Scales
Small ware items (e.g., cookie sheets, pots, pans, mixing bowls, spices) are provided by the renter. Please do not take Street Dog Café items home with you. If you do, you will be fined.
We strive to maintain a sanitary and orderly state in the kitchen. If equipment available to you is not working properly or is unsafe, please let staff know immediately.
Fridge/freezer, storage space, and catering equipment may be available for additional cost.
The kitchen is $25/hr.
o 10 hours per month (2.5 hours per week) = $250
o 20 hours per month (5 hours per week) = $500
o 40 hours per month (10 hours per week) = $1,000
A $200 refundable deposit (cleaning/damage deposit) will be refunded at the end of your kitchen use.
