We are a time-share commercial kitchen focusing on regular weekly production. We are best suited for baking, packaging, cooking, however no fryers on site. Our double rack Baxter walk-in oven is three years young, and additional smaller ovens are available. Our cooking area is limited to a six-burner Wolf range and Duke convection oven; various food prep equipment is available for tenant use.
We operate on 30-day renewable leases based on an hours-per-week usage model. We do not rent out for single-use events--keeps the culture of the kitchen rockin!
