We are a time-share commercial kitchen focusing on regular weekly production. We are best suited for baking, packaging, cooking, however no fryers on site. Our double rack Baxter walk-in oven is three years young, and additional smaller ovens are available. Our cooking area is limited to a six-burner Wolf range and Duke convection oven; various food prep equipment is available for tenant use.
We operate on 30-day renewable leases based on an hours-per-week usage model. We do not rent out for single-use events--keeps the culture of the kitchen rockin! To answer what that means in real money terms a 4 hour weekly commitment requires an about $450/month to use our facility; dry and cold storage is included, and there are many tenant available pots, pans, sheet pans, and prep equipment. We are also Whole Foods certified in addition to our regular permitting.
