At MidCity Kitchen, our mission is to make it happen. We’re a community of entrepreneurs, food producers and chefs coming together for the love of food and the drive to bring fresh and innovative flavors to the community and beyond. From concepting new ideas in our coworking space to testing great flavors in our kitchen and sharing them in our event space; this is where great food gets its start.

So what is MidCity Exactly:
MidCity Kitchen is a multifaceted shared-use commercial kitchen, event and coworking space for culinary innovation, small business growth and gatherings of all kinds.

The Kitchen is the heartbeat of MidCity. Our 460 sq. ft. kitchen is equipped for menu R&D, pop-ups, catering, chef-driven events and small-scale food production.

The event space is perfect for long-table dinners of 12 to 36, pop-up restaurants, fundraisers, birthday parties, corporate events and more. Great gatherings start here.

And Coworking - whether you’re a food system consultant, food producer, non-profit or small business entrepreneur our coworking space is the perfect place to office, and stay close to the kitchen.

We aspire to build on the existing foundation to create a food hub that will bring together a community of farmers, food producers, chefs, wholesalers, and distributors. With a focus on culinary innovation, food access, and small business development.

To realize this we've added a farmers market here in our parking lot featuring emerging farmers and MN Food Producers (every summer Wed from 4-8 pm), and we plan to build a small-scale, self-serve food production facility in the basement with a resource library to support food business entrepreneurs.

Pricing

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
All membership packages are pre-paid monthly. They include a recurring membership fee and an estimated number of kitchen hours. Once your estimated hours are used, additional hours are billed @ $30/hour.

Memberships range from 8 hrs per month with a month-to-month contract to 100 hours per month with a 12-month contract.
