MS KICK provides affordable commercial/retail space to local culinary entrepreneurs. This kitchen incubator greatly benefits local underserved entrepreneurs by providing Retail/Commercial space for Tenants who have graduated from the MS KICK program and/or have evidence of training before utilizing the space as an accelerator model of operation. The initial training includes the ServSafe certification from the NRA, along with a state food-handling license or certification. The potential tenant will also need proof of professional liability insurance. The facility will utilize a mixed approach to contract through a monthly lease and membership agreements. MS KICK is more than a shared kitchen space; it is a culinary business program implemented to help entrepreneurs advance their businesses to the next level.
