We have an under-utilized kitchen as we operate a carryout & catering business. We are looking for food truck operators, caterers, meal-prep and others who would like to rent space, or use our facility as a brick & mortar site for their food permit. We are located North of Indianapolis and a great location if you operated North of Indy, and up to Lafayette. We are located 10 miles north of Lebanon.
We have various prep coolers, prep tables, convection oven, regular oven, 6 burner range, microwave, fryers, freezers, griddle, and char broil capabilities. We also have a chamber vacuum sealer. Contact us to schedule a walk-thru and to tell us about your business.
I will only allow 2 renters.
Priced by the hour with a minimum number of hours, by the week, or by the month. No long term agreement required. use it as much or as little as you like. Small dry storage rental can be made available as well.
