It is climate-controlled with ergonomic equipment, beautiful natural light and immensely comfortable flooring, it has three prep areas with four primary pieces of equipment under a double island hood: double stack Combi-ovens, double stack convection ovens, a six burner Hestan stove and oven with salamander and a 15 gallon tilt skillet.
We offer rentable Pop-up retail space and dining space for eight to twenty five. We have a full liquor license and state of the art A/V equipment. Our building is fully ADA-accessible.
We have a six hour minimum with daily and weekly rental available as well as paired kitchen and dining space or ok-up rental.
