PORT KITCHENS, LLC (PK) is a coworking commercial kitchen space located along side one of downtown Oakland’s hidden gems, the Kaiser Center Rooftop Garden, a 3.5-acre garden park featuring a reflecting pond with fountains, a wooden bridge, expansive lawns, mature trees and ample seating and hardscape for community events. Port Kitchens is more than just a kitchen, it’s a community with monthly events and opportunities, space for meetings and a venue that is available to host events large and small or your next big culinary experience.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is designed to help food businesses looking to expand their production and take their business to the next level with 2,500 sqft of commercial production space and is open to food entrepreneurs of Oakland and the greater Bay Area. We offer an array of equipment and space for artisans and food crafters to produce, store and collaborate in a shared environment. The kitchen boasts 15 large worktables, 2 Walk-In Refrigerators, 1 Walk-In Freezer, 2 Pantry Rooms and a Large Ground Floor Storage Cage. Our facility also has a two-bay loading dock available 24/7 for our member’s convenience to load and unload as well as an attached parking garage that is open from 6am-Midnight M-F.

*Members pay the same rate as their designated tier for hourly overage, we do not penalize for additional hour booked outside of your tier. Overage Hours are billed at the beginning of each month.
Additional Use is billed at $7/Hour/Tier with the following allowance of Tables and People per Tier
TIER 2 - 3 Tables / Up to 4 People - Additional $7/HR
TIER 3 - 4 Tables / Up to 6 People - Additional $14/HR
TIER 4 - 5 Tables / Up to 7 People - Additional $21/HR
TIER 5 - 6 Tables / Up to 9 People - Additional $28/HR
Additional Tables can be booked, pricing to be discussed based on use.
Port Kitchens has 16 Tables Total (5’x2 ½’ up to 7’x2 ½’) and can Support 6 Groups at a time.
