We are looking for a subletter for the next 7 months through the end of our lease, as we are moving out of the space. You will be sharing with 1-2 other businesses during your time in the kitchen. The space will be need to be outfitted with the exception of a walk-in fridge, two chest freezers and a reach-in freezer.
The kitchen is perfect for bakers, chocolatiers and granola or beverage producer.
You do not have to be kosher certified but all ingredients must be kosher and we will verify prior to kitchen use. No meat products are allowed.
$1600-2000 a month, includes utilities depending on your frequency in the kitchen.
