Were a small bistro with a basic kitchen. New construction less than 3 yrs ago with all new equipment/sinks. We are only open 3pm-9pm, so the space is available 6am-2pm. We can offer a 3 comp sink, mop sink, portable water, restrooms, handwash sink, dishwasher and vegetable produce sink. Counter space with cutting boards and knives available for prepping. Counter top turbo fan convection oven available for use case by case. Refrigeration/freezer needs may be able to be met if needed case by case. Space would be best used for simple produce prep for sandwiches, burgers, salads, pizzas, etc or packaging such as charcuterie, catering etc. Lots of convenient space for parking during kitchen use, no overnight parking. Free wifi available.
Pricing can be flexible and can be adjusted case by case. Typically, $800/month for one day use per week up to 8hrs (~$25/hr)
