There are a total of 15 private kitchens
Smart Kitchens has flexible hourly rentals and long-term rentals available.
Each kitchen is private, 24/7 access and comes with a 9-10 ft (New) Type 1 hood (varies by sq. ft), (New) 200sq. ft walk in cooler/freezer (shared), dry storage various sinks (New) (hand, 2 & 3 compartment) and communal areas.
Communal:
Walk in Cooler/Freezer will be split/shared by the tenants.
Dry storage. There are racks within your private kitchen which meet the health department requirements. Upstairs there is also an additional 300 SQFT of communal dry storage space, which will be shared by tenants.
