Opportunities to sell their products in the cafe’s retail area, and through the cafe via pop up events may also be available. Stowe Street Cafe chooses to prioritize rentals and partnerships with businesses that are women, BIPOC, and/or LGBTQ owned/operated.
All hourly rates include prep and clean up time and are based on total monthly usage from the first of the month to the last day of the month.
20 hours per month or less = $30/hour
20 - 40 hours per month = $25/hour
40+ hours per month = $20/hour
For long-term rentals and/or rentals of 60+ hours/month, please inquire regarding additional pricing options.
