The Cook House is a family-owned business that has its origin in the concept that everyone loves coming into the kitchen where wholesome meals are cooked. In 1994, the facility was built as a family restaurant in Southeast Raleigh. It was later converted to a private school with an event space and commercial kitchen. Currently, the commercial kitchen has been upgraded to meet the growing needs of small business growth in the city of Raleigh and surrounding areas.
Centrally located in Southeast Raleigh and within minutes of downtown, We offer a clean well-equipped commercial kitchen with ample space for caterers, food truck vendors, bakers, and chefs to prepare and store their goods with designated shelving in our walk-in coolers and freezers and dry storage areas.
All at an affordable price, well below what a brick and mortar facility would cost. You will also have access to an event space for showcasing your delectables conveniently located on the premises for scheduled bookings. Premium Monthly Membership Plan -$2,000/month
Unlimited kitchen access, exclusive use of designated station, dry and cooler storage space. Equipment usage must be scheduled.
Basic Monthly Membership Plan - $750/month
Unlimited kitchen access, equipment and station must be scheduled.
Hourly Membership Plan $75/hour (minimum of 3 hours)
Timed kitchen access, equipment and station must be scheduled
