SCV's Food Hub Food Hall is the first of its kind in Santa Clarita, CA. The Hub has 18 commercial grade, private kitchen spaces in a consumer facing retail area with neighboring retail businesses and residents.

The SCV Hub Virtual Food Hall has an efficient pick up lobby equipped with lockers and a large counter staffed by trained front of house employees to make sure that your orders go from the kitchen to the customer/ driver in an organized manner.

The Hub utilizes a proprietary ordering platform that efficiently pushes all orders through to a single tablet- when a customer orders online or from our digital tablets in the lobby. Orders placed through our website and app will also be subject to much lower fess than the 3rd party delivery services, increasing your profits.

One of the advantages of bringing your restaurant into our food hall is the substantially lower start up costs compared to a brick and mortar location.
The labor and overhead is much less as well: No need for cashiers, shift leads or managers! Savings that go straight to your bottom line.

Pricing

Kitchen space is "in the back" and each unit is non-shared. You choose from available 200 SF up to 420 SF with base rent that includes utilities and other services (security, pest control, etc) Cook, prep and sell up to 7 days a week with 24hr access to our building and to your unit.
