Our ODA licenced kitchen (not county health) is a fermenter's dream come true. Currently a dedicated tempeh manufacturing facility, we are opening our doors to other fermentation/ plant based companies. Our facility features a 12' vapor hood with a 80 galllon jacketed steam kettle, 8 tray convection steamer. Other tools include food processors, mixers, and small wares. We have pumps and a 4 head bottling machine. We have a 2 door reach in fridge available as well as a 3 door low boy and single door display fridge. Separate work space available away from main kitchen. Could be used as office/ dry process or converted into additional work space. We are not set up for use as a commissary kitchen or catering kitchen.
Varying arrangements are available for the right tenants depending on number of days per week and storage needs.
