This is a dedicated gluten-free shared kitchen in Salem. We are the only gluten-free shared kitchen between Eugene and Portland. We offer affordable rates, flexible hours for production, are fully equipped, and in a safe environment inside the 45th Parallel building with plenty of free parking. I want to expand the gluten-free food options for this area and create a community around the kitchen.
Membership is $100. Price per hour starts at $25 but will change based on storage requirements. Non-member pricing will be slightly higher. Prices are subject to change.
