    Everything is yours to use! We ask that you keep the place tidy and stick to a schedule. We will only be using this kitchen for catering and event prep!

    We only offer monthly rates as that is what works best for us! The monthly rent for this kitchen costs us $4000 with utilities included. We can work out a monthly rate with you based on how much you plan to use the kitchen within every month.
