I have a full working kitchen. However oven is convection and all burners are induction. We do not have proper ventilation to add broilers, grills and deep fryers. However, every appliance is available including full working triple sinks, refrigerator space. Limited freezer space (we do not have a walkin). Space for dry goods and everything you need to get your business or food truck going. We have three currently in kitchen. One is me. I work around others. One is part time mornings. The frontend of the cafe (Coffee/Pastry/soups/Grab-n-Go items) are open Tue-Sat 7A - 3P - but commercial kitchen is open to licensed business that needs time and space. We do not have accessibility to 220 power, so if you have specialty equipment that requires it. Sorry, we cannot provide this power supply.

Pricing

$500 a month. Includes, Kitchen usage, refrigerator space, very limited freezer space, all utilities (water, sewage, electricity, gas and trash), use of all appliances, a triple sink to wash your dishes. We also offer secure Wifi and a secured by alarm facility. Hours kitchen can be used are 5A to Midnight daily.
